• were prisoners on a cart in the desert
• being attacked by beings from other planes of existence called Magmins

Notes

The crew of the Young Kraken woke up, slowly realising the gentle movement of what they thought were the slow movements of a ship at sea were, in fact, those of a cart in the desert. We were captured by a group of bounty hunters or slavers, unwilling to release us. Soon though, we were attacked by a huge group of Magmin so they had to let us go in order for us to be able to help them fight of the attackers.

We did exactly that.

So they set us free. And we were told we were in the desert, North of Thalm Salmut, perhaps more than a weeks' travel from the slaver city.

We set up camp, and wanted to get some well deserved rest, when another demon appeared, killed Ghorann and left us to our own devices fending of some of their servants.
